Ten years ago we agreed to continue as Vergara y Fernández de Ortega (VFO), retaining the copyright over our portfolio of projects built over this time.
Born of our commitment to architectural design, we have incorporated state-of-the-art technology to analyze and develop all our projects. We have been using BIM technology for almost fifteen years, allowing us to take on very complex projects that call for the delivery of the top-quality projects in terms of their financial feasibility, design, and structural soundness.
Our strong work ethic and attention to detail in documentation ensures tight control over costs during the construction phase, avoiding unwanted surprises; we understand that properly analyzed, structured, and documented architectural design is unique for each project and its needs. By avoiding preconceived ideas or design biases, we can focus completely on our clients’ needs.
Sustainability has been integral to our practice since the late nineteen-nineties. Since then our projects have always included strategies and solutions to promote energy efficiency and low operating costs in our practice, irrespective of the scale of the challenges we face.
