Be Grand is a mixed-use residential and office building in a prime location, in the heart of Mexico City.

This tower’s proximity to the historic constructions such as the Monumento de la Revolución, Frontón México, and Lotería Nacional inspired us to create an Art Deco look giving a sense of a shared history with these architectural landmarks, while its scale and program reflect the city’s contemporary image.

Its two volumes—the base and body—are differentiated in their use: the 140 office spaces are positioned closer to the street, while the 550 residential units have panoramic views over the city. A hybrid steel-and-concrete structure for these volumes combined with efficient use of resources will make this a LEED Platinum certified building.
