Cervantes 169 is tailored to its strategic location in “Nuevo Polanco,” an area of Mexico (alongside Reforma and Santa Fe) that stands out in Mexico City for its blend of commercial, residential, and corporate properties.

The open-plan spaces on each of its fifteen floors above ground level can cater to the needs of all types of office space since the spans between structural supports were designed to be flexible and maximize usable space.
The choice of different materials used on the four façades was made on the basis of their orientation and energy efficiency. These aspects and other factors related to the use of resources have earned this building a LEED Gold certification.
