Covalia is a project that responds to the industrial growth of Mexico’s central Bajío region, the first of its kind for the area’s commercial development.
At the base of the building, the first two levels include a retail complex in direct contact with its urban surroundings. Above, a roof-garden provides space for amenities and virtual offices for the short- and long-stay suites in the tower that gives a sense of scale to the complex.
The tower’s main façade offers shade and creates terraces thanks to the subtle rotation of the suites’ floor plans, and horizontal, gold-hued finishes highlight the base and direct connection to the street.
