Residencial Hares is a residential project whose size required it to be planned in stages which were designed from initial concept to construction. Therefore, the first stage makes sure that everything necessary is 100% functional, with subsequent stages being triggered by the first.

The warm residential image is created by the main materials used: wood and Tikul cantera stone. This cozy feel permeates the public areas for the project’s different users who will find different programs depending on their respective ages and interests.

The structure is designed to avoid touching the corners of the towers, maximizing the available space in each apartment and in particular their exterior views.
