A part of the VAO complex in Monterrey in the state of Nuevo León, which includes the 286-meter-tall skyscraper, Mexico’s tallest, and is a landmark on the city’s skyline.

Aesthetically, the project appears like an enlarged version of the local stones or piedras lajas and its form is also defined by taking into account the strong winds, an important consideration in this region, over and above the threat of earthquakes.

This complex rises fifteen meters above street level, containing parking lots and other service areas, creating a raised plaza that connects the entire complex and orders the entrances for various uses, considering the hierarchy of the residential spaces and the Torre KOI offices.
