More than remodeling, this project is an aesthetic and functional update of this building’s lobby and other public areas.

We reduced the number of finishes in the current lobby, and proposed a sober palette of marbles, quartz, maplewood with orange accents to contrast with the neutral tones of the stone.

We also studied the ground floor and proposed a new layout, improving the building’s security by relocating the entrance filters and reception area.
