A sports project that involved remodeling the existing sports complex, for which our main intention was to update the stadium by means of a powerful interaction with a new retail area created as a landscape across two floors. This has created a sporting and retail complex that is open for many more days a year than it would be only for baseball matches.

Zoning restrictions due to its downtown location placed certain limitations on the design, hence we used a prestressed roof to optimize space and for the roof to span the necessary area required by visitors without affecting the urban setting.
